This website provides a means for you to submit a brief description of proposed compliance risk mitigation plans to address risks you identified in the risk assessment which have violations or control weaknesses.

We have grouped similar risks into general categories to make this process easier, and a paragraph or two is sufficient. Although you may want to indicate some of the resources required, you do not have to provide the exact cost at this time. More detail on the recommendations and exact costs will be collected later.
